I intentionally put a variety of homes in here at each price point. As you’ll notice the biggest factors influencing price in Spain are:

Location
Condition of the property

If you want to be in a city, you’ll expect to pay more per sq meter than in the country and thus have smaller homes within budget. If space and privacy is what you’re after, then the countryside offers plenty of options. This is where condition becomes key. It’s easy to find fixer uppers for under €50k. However, how much will that renovation cost? It can (and will) be significantly more than expected!

So with this issue I found several turn key homes that push the boundaries of our typical budgets. This way you can start to think about if its worth purchasing a property for less money and renovating or increasing the budget and going for something move in ready.
