I hope spring is treating you all well! I know I say this every week, but we really do have some amazing homes in this issue!

Something exciting that I think is unique to Spain is the ‘Lock up and leave estate’. You’ll find small farm houses (fincas) for sale all over the country. These are typically 500-700 sq ft (45-65 sq m) homes on large parcels and with plenty of outdoor space. They’re essentially the same size as many apartments but with a private pool, garden, and way more privacy. Because they’re small, it’s easy to lock the door, shut the gate, and head to Paris for the weekend! Not to mention the low prices…

We’ve found a couple great countryside homes in this issue plus several located very close to cities and airports.
